  1. Hey Angel. I was one of your many teachers that cared about my students and never even thought about the paycheck while I was working hard to ensure you all learn. Good luck to you in the future and I want to leave you with this one piece of advice; from the words of Dr. Wayne Dyer, “When given the choice between being right and being kind, choose kind.” We all struggle with the insecurities of our egos, with the insecurity of being wrong. And a threatened ego will almost always lash out. Have a safe summer.

  2. Hi Angel!

Thank you so much for your honesty and sharing the very real feelings that you felt this year. It’s not fair, we know, and I apologize that the year did not happen the way it should have.

But I do want to share two things: 1) There have been incredible love and care poured into EQ2 each year by amazing adults, and we should also remember them and their work as much as we think about things didn’t go well. And 2) Unfortunate things and events will always happen, but that has little bearing in what could happen in the future, and it’s up to you whether to trust or not trust new experiences and/or people as you go on in your life. When things feel stressful, remember how good of a person you are and then also remember that most other people are good and want to do good, just like you.

Thank you for your comment and good luck!
